General Information

Clover Atelier is a personal website and workspace cultivated by a young woman who grew up between the cracks of the old web, and the internet as we know it today. This website serves as a creative outlet, a way to engage with a once-forgotten hobby, and as a way to talk about the things I love on my own terms.

Why Clover Atelier?

When I was young, I'd often dig through a patch of clovers behind the swing set at my primary school with my classmates, intrigued by the idea that a little plant could bring so much good fortune! Due to their associations with luck and hope, they're a piece of imagery that I've become incredibly fond of in recent years due to the fact that I've made great strides towards rediscovering the joys of living despite difficulties I've faced. As this site is an extension of myself, I'd like to cultivate that kind of feeling here and wish good fortune upon others, too!

Atelier is a French word which, to simplify it as much as possible here, refers to a workspace for artists. To me, this entire site is one! I wish to share my creative endeavours here and leave even the tiniest mark on the far-reaching canvas of the web. Whether it comes in the form of a page I've made from scratch, a translation of something I've become intrigued by, or a highly-indulgent piece of writing, I'd like to hone my skills here one way or another.

Put them together and you've got Clover Atelier, a workspace dedicated to a positive future!
